Goal Name :

SES/Financial Aid Implementation of Banner 9

Goal Statement :

By May 1, 2019, as a result of all staff members implementing test case scenarios, one or more defects will be corrected as documented by Computer Services completion of Banner 9 implementation.

Staff attended SICAS Summit in Niagara Falls in September to view demos of Banner 9. All staff members attended weekly open sessions presented by Ellucian to log into Banner 9 and start maneuvering. Staff has also been testing on PPRD for Banner and Xtender.

Since Banner 9 went live, staff has been working in Banner 9. Apart from initial apprehension, staff seems to be getting comfortable with the new screens.

Staff is completely on Banner 9. Banner 8 has not been used for at least 2 months.

Currently, no budgetary needs. This will involve staff members’ time to test.
