DOS 2018-23: TEST POA Goal 01

Goal Name :

SES/Dean of Students Testing POA Goal 01- 2018-19: Testing in the SCC

Goal Statement :

By June 2019, as a result of working with computer services and the SSC, 15 students will be able to test in the SSC as documented by use of the SSC testing lab.

November Progress Status (1-2 summary paragraphs – plain text only) :

The camera software is working and testing started in the SSC in September. The office hired work study students to help check students into the computer. Thus far, 4 students have tested in the SSC.

February Progress Status (1-2 summary paragraphs – plain text only) :

The testing in the SSC has been working wonderfully. Forty five testers have used the room since the beginning of the school year. The next request will be for a telephone in the room.

The security camera was installed during the construction of the SSC. Additional software needs to be purchased to allow additional security. Computer Services has reviewed software options and are in the process of purchasing software.
