By May 31,2020, as a result of implementing Calendly, all student appointments and information requests will be created and maintained by electronically This will result in more efficient use of staff members’ time and resources as documented by fewer missed appointments and handling specific student request via phone in lieu of traditional appointments. This will meet C.O. 1.1 – Support students in their development and achievement of individual educational goals; C.O. 5.1 – Broaden and refine communication channels to promote institutional transparency, collaboration and effectiveness.
Amy Masters coordinated the set up, implementation and training of Calendly. We are still waiting for MarCom to update Genesee website.
